01. Where are your showrooms located?

We operate two showrooms in central Vienna:

Both showrooms are easily accessible by public transport, with parking available nearby.

02. Do you offer delivery and assembly?

Yes

We provide professional delivery, in-room placement, and installation. Upon request, we also remove your old furniture. 🧾 Full service pricing is available on our website in the Services section.

03. Can I order modular furniture?

Yes

Yes. Most of our sofas, beds, and chairs are modular – you can choose the size, layout, material, color, stitching, legs, and functions like recliners.

04. What is the delivery time?

For custom-made furniture, delivery usually takes 10–14 weeks. Some items are available from stock for faster shipping.

05. How do I handle a complaint or warranty issue?

All Natuzzi products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under Austrian consumer law. Depending on the product, some components may be covered up to 10 years (e.g. frame, suspension). Please contact us at natuzzi@natuzzi-austria.at with your invoice number, photos of the defect, and a short description. 6. Can I try the products in person?

Of course!

Visit our showrooms to test sofas, recliners, beds, and materials with the guidance of our expert staff.

7. Do you offer financing or installment payments?

Yes

we offer flexible installment options with our financing partner. You can divide your purchase into monthly payments (subject to credit approval). Our team will assist you directly in-store.

8. Can I shop online?

Yes

Yes. Most of our sofas, beds, and chairs are modular – you can choose the size, layout, material, color, stitching, legs, and functions like recliners.

9. Can I book a personal consultation?

Absolutely

you can book your appointment online, by phone or via email. We offer in-store consultations, home visits, and online meetings.

10. Can I order a full room set (e.g. living room or bedroom)?

Yes

In the Projects section, we present curated room sets designed by our team. You can order the full set or customize it to your space.

11. Do you offer virtual showroom tours?

Yes

You can take an interactive 3D virtual tour of our showrooms directly on our website – perfect for browsing from home.

12. What are your showroom opening hours?

13. Do you host events or private experiences?

Yes

We regularly organize design evenings, Sunday Club events, and exclusive Comfortness experiences.

14. Do you also offer accessories and decorations?

Yes

Our showrooms include rugs, lamps, coffee tables, wall art, and more to complete your interior.

15. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes

Gift cards are available in any amount and can be used for any purchase in-store.
